I was debating on starting a newsletter for those that don’t get a chance to browse the site later on. If you’re interested, the subscription link is on the right. Just plug in your email address under the “Submit” section. The time being, it’ll be a Sunday Newsletter that I’ll develop in the afternoon.
Why should you subscribe to the newsletter?
- It’s Private
Any information regarding those who visit or subscribe to my site is the sole intellectual property of CrossingColorado.com. This means that I do not sell, lease or otherwise give any email addresses or personal information to anyone…so don’t even ask.
- Other Tidbits
I’ll add tidbits of information specifically for newsletters that may or may not be available on the site itself. Think of it as incentive to subscribe.
- Future Fun
If I can accumulate at least 100 subscribers, I plan on doing a great deal of future giveaways and other fun things. Perhaps exercise equipment, discounts on health foods or other things may already be in the works. 😉
- Helps Me Maintain the Site
Every minute I spend writing blog posts or newsletters is one minute that I’m not writing as a freelancer. The more money I can make from this website, the more content and fun things I can do with my visitors in the future. I’m not trying to sound greedy, but I do have bills to pay and children to feed. I do have a primary writing job, so you don’t need to panic about my family’s well-being. I would just like to incorporate more videos, posts and social engagement – and I can’t do as much as I’d like since I have to write blogs for other people. I hope I didn’t sound too desperate there.
- My Own Motivation
By generating a list of newsletter subscribers, it essentially gives me motivation to keep doing what I’m doing. Even though I still deliver some-what regular blog posts, there is a completely different mindset when you know that other people are relying on you to continue. Yes, it’s an ego-boost to my self-esteem – which isn’t a bad thing, is it?
So, if you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter yet, please do. I would like to build this site into a powerhouse of health and fitness, but I can’t do it without your help. This site is as much for you as it is for me.
Newsletters will be sent using HTML – mainly for images and links. If you’ve subscribed, the newsletters will be going to you sent from crossingcolorado.com. Check your spam folder to make sure that it didn’t get sent there.
Thank you for your support.
