Adding Weight Loss Recipes to the Site Soon!

We come across a lot of awesome recipes, whether they’re for keto or simply to reduce caloric and carb intake. So, we’ve decided to start adding some of those recipes to the website soon.

Of course, we’re only adding the ones we thought were worthwhile. Seriously, we’ve come across a few that were less than stellar.

Making anything with Palmini Mashed Hearts of Palm comes to mind. That is definitely the worst thing I ever tried to swallow.

Why Are We Adding Weight Loss Recipes?

Between all of the different products we’ve tried, we’re amassing quite a collection of awesome edibles. And thanks to a few supporters of the YouTube channel, we’ve decided to put as many of those out there for others to try.

The best part is that because we’re all on different diets, you’ll have access to a lot of different things. Though, a lot of them will have a similar focus on cutting calories and carbs without spending a lot of money.

Not to mention that we need a good place to store these recipes. I can’t count the number of times I’ve lost a notebook containing the perfect combination of ingredients for something I truly loved.

So, adding the recipes to this website is as much for you as it is for us.

I did manage to find my notebook with my blueberry wine recipe, though.

What Kind of Recipes Are We Adding?

I have a Ninja air fryer, blender, and Creami here in the house. This means we’ll be putting out everything from dinners to desserts.

Because we are also on varying diet plans, we’ll add quite a few keto-friendly, vegan-friendly, and carnivorous recipes. Though, I am very interested in doing as much with the Creami as possible. I’m still working on a viable peanut butter and chocolate ice cream.

In any case, we’ll eventually have a wide range of things you can try…and all of them are things we’ve made and tried ourselves.

I don’t believe in just regurgitating the same recipes as everyone else just to get content on the website.

If we haven’t eaten it, you won’t find it here.

Where Can You Find The Foods?

Now comes the fun part, setting up the recipes on the blog. There are a lot of plugins I can try, and it really depends on how they’re displayed.

I am thinking that I could set up a page for each type to make it as easy as possible for you to find the recipes. Again, that kind of depends on the plugin.

For example, I’d love to have a page specifically for Keto Dinner recipes. Or, perhaps something for easy breakfasts for busy people.

In reality, there are a lot of things I need to consider by adding the recipes to the site. I want to make it easier than having to search for specific foods, but I don’t want the pages to appear cluttered with various links.

In the beginning, though, I’ll probably add a page to the top navigation bar of the site. That way, you can just click on it and see what’s currently available.

How Well Do These Recipes Work for Weight Loss?

Like any food, weight loss relies on keeping yourself in a caloric deficit. But it also goes a bit further than that. Consuming carb-heavy foods without being physically active will make the process take a bit longer.

However, these will be the foods we eat in order to continue losing weight.

The trick is to not overeat or at least keep yourself physically active enough to burn the calories and carbs. We’re not going to wave a magic wand and guarantee that you’ll drop the pounds.

That’s because there are simply too many variables at play. Those who can guarantee weight loss from eating certain things are not telling you the full truth or are looking to sell you something.

Take a look at weight loss pills. They say right on the bottle, “to be used with a proper diet and regular exercise.” Well, those two things by themselves are going to promote weight loss without the pill.

Anyway, I cannot guarantee that you’ll lose weight with these recipes, but they will contribute to reducing the caloric and carb intake to make it easier.

Will Some of These Recipes Be on the YouTube Channel?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of space to film certain kinds of videos. But, we’ll try to get as many recipes and foods on the YouTube channel as possible.

We’d like to do more with YouTube, especially when it comes to trying to help others who don’t have the money to lose weight. Too many people think you need to dump all kinds of money into equipment, memberships, or food types to shed the fat.

Personally, I’ve lost 80 pounds by simply changing my eating habits and increasing my physical activity. So, for me, losing weight has actually saved me money because I don’t buy three times the groceries I used to.

And I still eat the same junk I did before.

My goal is to demonstrate that you don’t necessarily need all of these health and fitness products or half-assed advice from “fitness gurus” who are trying to sell you powders, plans, or pills.

Don’t get me started, I’ll go on a V Shred rant for hours.

Anyway, yes, the plan is to get some of these on the channel so you can see real-time reactions to the foods we make or try. So far, we’ve got a video of our reaction to Palmini that Sam tried to spruce up.

Spoiler alert…it didn’t go as well as she hoped it would.

What Kind of Foods Would You Like to See?

Unfortunately, I can’t say when we’ll have these recipes available. I was working on them over the weekend, so, hopefully, we’ll have something for you to take a look at when this post is published.

But if there are certain recipes you’d like us to put together or types of foods you’d like to see blended, creamed, or fried, feel free to let me know in the comments.

I’m always looking to try new things…even if they suck.
