Finally, Episode 1 of the FiT Podcast is Up, Who are we?

After fighting with Anchor a bit and the podcast plugin crapping out, I finally got the video up for the podcast. It’s been a journey, and it still doesn’t sound right. We have a lot of things to work on for the show.

In any case, today’s episode is about who we are, our goals, and what the Fitness in Theory podcast is all about.

I would like to apologize for the audio quality, though. We’re still figuring out settings and such. When you don’t have thousands of dollars for a professional setup, you need to make do with what you have.

Still, it came out better than the last few attempts.

What is This Episode About?

In this episode, Sam and I introduce ourselves and why we are striving to lose weight. We go a bit into our background and some of the troubles we’ve faced over the last couple of decades.

This includes how we gained so much weight over the years and when we decided to make a change. And although we haven’t hit our ideal goal weights, we’ve both lost 80 pounds and have kept it off.

And we call that a win.

Where Can You Hear the Podcast?

Currently, the podcast is available on Spotify and Anchor. But I’ll see about expanding our network to include other platforms. If there is one you prefer, feel free to leave it in the comments down below. I’ll see what I can do to get it added.

We’re pretty excited about actually getting the podcast up and available. Not only do we hope to help and entertain others, but it’s also a method to help keep us accountable and moving forward.
