Here is my running fitness timeline. I wish I would have thought about adding this sooner. However, this will be a running tally of my accomplishments during the last leg of my weight loss. I only have 40 pounds to go, but I would still like to record my progress for breaking personal records.

I was down to 228 on Saturday, but I kind of gorged myself a bit over the weekend. Well, not really gorged, but definitely didn’t eat according to my goals. Luckily, I was still able to drop about two pounds over the past week. (Visited 14 times, 1 visits today)

Using Chipping Practice to Burn Calories

Just received my Callaway chipping set from Amazon and spent a bit of time out back practicing. At one point, I peaked at 5.6 calories burned per minute. Which is about half of what I get while playing tennis on the Xbox Kinect. (Visited 8 times, 1 visits today)
