Sam’s H4H: Week 1 – Getting it Started

Okay one week down for the Hot 4 Halloween challenge, and while I definitely won’t be hot for Halloween I plan on being quite a bit smaller. 

Smaller for Halloween just doesn’t have the same pizzazz to it though.

This week, I learned a lot about what I need to actually do to do Michael’s 600 calorie diet. Mostly, like he has been saying, movement, movement, and more movement.

I did finish Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in the green, which is better than I have ever done before. While I am not sure if I lost any weight this last week my scale is still saying “err,” I feel a ton better than I have in a long time.

I am super proud of my small accomplishments this week. I got up at 4:30 am and went to the gym 4 days last week, which for anyone that follows me knows is amazing.

For this next week I am going to continue going to the gym. I am planning on 4 days this week because Anika’s first day of Senior year is Wednesday and the Seniors are doing a sunrise thing, so Wednesday morning is out for me.

Also, I am going to really try to do better with my food intake, especially on my days off. I hope to have more than 3 green days this week.

I learned this week that I can do this. Have a great week everyone – we got this!
