Still kind of snowing…let’s see if it lasts longer than 4 hours this time.

You’d think living in the Rocky Mountains would guarantee at least one snow storm before Christmas. After waiting for several weeks, I finally get a glimpse of a snow-fall that actually has promise. Even as I write this post, more than an hour later, the snow is still falling. Unfortunately, it’s that wispy skiing snow with the tiny little flakes.

I miss the days when snow flakes actually had girth to them. You know, the flakes that gently fell that were the size of quarters. I’m sure I’ll see that again, but it’s been so long.

I guess the moral of the story is don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. It’s snowing, and I should be happy that it is.
